摘要
差分混装连接器由于其优良的性能而广泛应用于军工领域。但是在使用过程中,时常发现由装联不可靠而引起的问题。对JY599III系列差分混装连接器应用中的三类典型问题进行了研究,优化了差分混装连接器的装联工艺流程和方法,对装联过程中的难点进行了分析,极大地提高了装联的可靠性和效率,为同类差分连接器的装联提供了有益的参考。
The differential connector has been widely used in military industry and other fields due to its excellent performance. However, the problems caused by unreliably assembly are often happened. The three typical problems of JY599III differential connectors are studied. Assembly process and method are optimized. It improves the reliability and efficiency greatly and provides a useful reference of the similar connectors.
