摘要
对雷达产品上使用的射频同轴电缆常见失效形式和原因进行了分析。射频电缆常见的失效形式有开路、短路和接触不良,造成的原因一般为虚焊、装配操作不正确和布线不规范等。提出在结构设计、电缆装配和电缆布线安装全过程采取有效的管控措施,才能确保射频电缆性能满足产品使用需求。
Introduce a few of failure modes of RF coaxial cables which are used in radar. The failure modes are open circuit, short circuit and poor contact. Analyze the reasons for the failure. The reasons are usually cold solder joint, incorrect assembly and nonstandard wiring. It is proposed some positive control measures which should be carried out in the whole process, including physical design, cable assembly and cable wiring, so as to ensure the performance of RF cables to meet the requirements of the product.
