药事管理在医院药剂科工作中的作用

The role of pharmaceutical management in hospital pharmacy department

目的:分析药事管理在医院药剂科工作中的作用,为提升药剂科工作质量提供可参考依据。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年3月本院药剂科工作的人员为研究对象,2016年2月至2017年2月的药剂科工作人员为对照组,2017年3月至2018年3月的药剂科工作人员为观察组。对照组实施传统工作模式,观察组于传统工作模式基础上实施药事管理制度。对两组出现摆药差错现象及不合理用药情况进行比较、调查两个阶段工作人员和患者满意度。结果:实施干预后,观察组不合理用药情况的发生率明显低于对照组,出现摆药差错现象的发生率也明显低于对照组,观察组工作人员和患者满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在医院药剂科工作中实施药事管理,能降低不合理用药情况的发生率,提高工作人员和患者的满意度,同时增强工作人员对工作的热情,临床工作效率得到了显著的提高。

Objective： To analyze the role of pharmaceutical administration in the work of the pharmacy department of the hospital and provide a reference basis for improving the quality of pharmacy work. Methods： During February 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital pharmacy staff as the research object, in February 2016 to February 2017 during the pharmacy department staff as the control group, in March 2017 March 2018 for the pharmacy department staff during the experimental group. The control group carried out the traditional work mode, and the experimental group implemented the drug management system on the basis of the traditional work mode. Two groups of patients were compared and the patients satisfaction was investigated. Results： After the intervention, the experimental group the incidence of irrational drug use situation obviously lower than the control group, the incidence of pendulum medicine error occurs also significantly lower than the control group, experimental group staff and patient satisfaction were higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of the pharmaceutical affairs management in hospital pharmacy department work, can reduce the incidence of irrational drug use situation, improve staff and patient＇s satisfaction, enhance the enthusiasm of the staff to work at the same time, clinical work efficiency has been significantly improved.
