积极心理品质构建对层流病房白血病患者心理状态及生存质量影响的探讨

目的:探讨积极心理品质构建干预对层流病房白血病化疗患者心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法:选取本院层流病房60例白血病化疗患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予层流病房常规护理和渐进式健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上增加积极心理学视域下心理品质构建干预。对比两组患者入、出层流病房时(干预前、后)心理状态、孤独感体验、总体幸福感评价结果。以及出层流病房时和出院后随访半年的生活质量。结果:干预前,两组患者焦虑和抑郁情绪自评(HAMD)、孤独感(UCLA)、总体幸福感评分无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者HAD、UCLA评分明显低于对照组,观察组总体幸福感评分明显优于对照组。出层流病房时,两组患者生活质量评分比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。跟踪随访半年,观察组生活质量各领域评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对层流病房白血病化疗患者实施积极心理品质构建干预,能显著缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪和孤独感,促进患者积极乐观情绪和幸福感建立,帮助患者顺利度过化疗期,提升总体生活质量,

Objective： To explore the effect of positive psychological quality construct intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with leukemia chemotherapy in laminar wards.Methods： 60 patients with leukemia chemotherapy in laminar flow ward of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing and progressive health education in the laminar ward, and the observation group increased the psychological quality construct intervention in the view of positive psychology on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, loneliness experience, and general well-being evaluation results were compared between the two groups of patients when entering and leaving the laminar ward （before and after intervention）. As well as the quality of life during laminar flow wards and after discharge for six months.Results： Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in anxiety, depression self-evaluation （HAMD）, loneliness （UCLA） and overall well-being scores between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. After the intervention, the HAD and UCLA scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The overall happiness score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. In laminar flow wards, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Follow-up and follow-up for six months, the scores of the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The implementation of positive psychological quality construction intervention for patients with leukemia chemotherapy in laminar wards can significantly relieve anxiety and depression and loneliness, promote positive optimism and well-being of patients, help patients to successfully undergo chemotherapy, and improve overall quality of life.
