乡村振兴战略背景下的电商减贫机制

Mechanism of Poverty Reduction by E-commerce Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy

在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,基于城乡融合的视角,从振兴之基、振兴之翼、振兴之髓和振兴之魂4个层面,分析了电商在乡村振兴过程中的减贫机制,并提出了电商减贫的未来发展方向。研究发现,电商可以促使产业链一体化、农户生活方式信息化、乡村治理更加和谐、乡村产品和文化得以传播。未来应在创新电商产业、提升农民网购能力、鼓励农民加入电商专业合作社和互联网金融方面,进一步发展电商减贫。在此基础上,提出了相关建议。

Under the background of implementing rural revitalization strategy, based on the perspective of urban-rural integration, this paper analyzed the mechanism of poverty reduction by e-commerce from four aspects： the basis of revitalization, the wings of revitalization, the essence of revitalization and the soul of revitalization, and put forward its future development direction. It was found that rural e-commerce could promote the integration of industrial chain, advance the informatization of farmers＇ lifestyle, improve the rural governance and expand the spread of rural products and culture. In the future, we could further develop poverty reduction by e-commerce on the following direction： innovating e-commerce industry, enhancing farmers＇ online shopping capacity, encouraging farmers to join e-commerce cooperatives and developing online finance. Finally, some relevant suggestions were put forward.
