农业科研院所创新推广模式探析及展望——杂交谷子走进埃塞俄比亚

摘要 立足于"一带一路"倡议背景,为了推动中国与非洲农业合作的可持续性,以杂交谷子为媒介,科研单位前期开展杂交谷子在非洲的育种、栽培和示范等基础研究,后期联合企业开展联合研究中心建设和产业链构建,创新"科研单位推动农业走出去模式"。该模式的创新成功,有效发挥了科研单位的公益性和企业单位的市场性,二者的有机结合使得农业项目在非洲国家的发展更加健康持续稳定有力。 Based on the background of the Belt and Road initiative, research institutes took foxtail millet as a medium to promote the sustainability of agricultural cooperation between China and Africa. The research institutes opened a new going out mode, at the early stage, the research institutes carried out basic researches on hybrid foxtail millet breeding, cultivation and demonstration in Africa, then late cooperated with local enterprises to carry out joint research center construction and industrial chain construction. The innovative success of this pattern has effectively made use of the commonweal of research institutes and the marketability of enterprises. The organic combination of two units makes the development of agricultural projects more healthy, sustainable and stable in African countries.
