小柴胡汤联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角结膜炎的疗效体会

The effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of bacterial keratoconjunctivitis

目的:分析细菌性角结膜炎应用左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合小柴胡汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年12月就诊于我院眼科门诊的细菌性角结膜炎患者120例,根据入院先后顺序平均分为单一组和联合组,单一组应用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,联合组加用小柴胡汤治疗。观察治疗效果。结果:联合组患者治疗后的临床症状和体征评分显著下降(P<0.01),细菌清除率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液可改善患者的临床症状和体征,促进细菌的清除。

Objective： To analyze the effect of levofloxacin eye drops combined with Xiaochaihu decoction （小柴胡汤） for bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods： 120 cases of patients with bacterial conjunctivitis treated in the ophthalmic department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the single treatment group and the combination treatment group according to chronological admission order, the single treatment group received levofloxacin eye drops treatment while the combination group received levofloxacin eye drops combined with Xiaochaihu decoction （小柴胡汤）. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results： The clinical symptoms and signs of the combination group were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, and the bacterial clearance rate was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaochaihu decoction （小柴胡汤） combined with levofloxacin eye drops could improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients and promote the removal of bacteria.
