加味四君子汤联合穴位按摩对脾气虚体质反复呼吸道感染患儿效果分析

Effect of Sijunzi Decoction combined with acupressure on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection with spleen qi deficiency constitution

目的:分析脾气虚体质反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿采用加味四君子汤与穴位按摩联合治疗的效果。方法:选择我院门诊2018年1月—2018年4月诊治的74例脾气虚体质RRTI患儿,随机分成对照组(37例)及研究组(37例)。对照组予以匹多莫德治疗,研究组予以加味四君子汤+穴位按摩结合治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗后临床症状缓解时长:多汗(3.74±1.14)d、面黄少华(4.26±1.56)d、气短懒言(2.14±1.26)d、咳嗽(3.31±0.55)d,均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组IgA(2.15±0.37)g/L、IgG(16.58±1.49)g/L、Ig M(1.95±0.22)g/L,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脾气虚体质反复呼吸道感染患儿实施穴位按摩+加味四君子汤治疗的疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,提升免疫功能。

Objective： To analyze the effect of combined treatment of Sijunzi Decoction （四君子汤） and acupoint massage on children with repeated respiratory tract infections （RRTI） with spleen-qi deficiency constitution. Methods： Seventy-four RRTI children with spleen-qi deficiency constitution diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the control group （37 cases） and the study group （37 cases）. The control group was treated with pidotimod, and the study group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction （四君子汤） combined with acupoint massage, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The duration of clinical symptoms remission in the study group： hyperhidrosis （3.74±1.14） days, facial jaundice （4.26±1.56） days, shortness of breath （2.14±1.26） days, and cough （3.31±0.55） days, which were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; In the study group, IgA （2.15±0.37） g/L, IgG （16.58±1.49） g/L, IgM （1.95±0.22） g/L, which were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with Sijunzi Decoction （四君子汤） on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection with spleen-qi deficiency was significant, which could effectively relieve clinical symptoms and enhance immune function.
