中药联合针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育的临床疗效及排卵情况分析

The clinical effect and ovulation analysis of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:分析多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育应用中药联合针刺治疗的效果。方法:选取2015年2月—2018年2月收治的108例不孕症患者临床资料进行分析,对照组(54例)采用常规西药治疗,研究组(54例)采用中药联合针刺治疗,比较两组排卵情况、治疗有效率及治疗后激素各项指标水平。结果:研究组治疗后的激素各项指标分别为LH(26.34±3.61)IU/L、T(1.73±0.65)nmol/L、FSH(13.03±2.42)IU/L、LH/FSH(3.21±0.34),均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率为96.30%、排卵率为96.30%、受孕率为88.89%,与对照组比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育患者具有良好的效果,可有效改善内分泌,提高排卵率和受孕率。

Objective： To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： The clinical data of 108 infertile patients admitted from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected. The control group （54 cases） was treated with conventional western medicine. The study group （54 cases） was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture. The ovulation, treatment efficiency and hormone levels after treatment of two groups of patients were compared. Results： The indexes of hormones after treatment in the study group were LH （26.34±3.61） IU/L, T （1.73±0.65） nmol/L, FSH （13.03±2.42） IU/L, and LH/FSH （3.21±0.34）. Both were superior to those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was 96.30%, the ovulation rate was 96.30%, and the pregnancy rate was 88.89%, which was significantly different from those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture had a good effect on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, which could effectively improve endocrine, increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
