视觉功能训练对屈光参差性弱视患者双眼视功能及调节功能的效果观察

Effect of visual function training on binocular visual function and adjusting function in patients with anisometropic amblyopia

目的:探讨视觉功能训练对屈光参差性弱视患者双眼视功能及调节功能的效果。方法:2016年6月—2017年10月,随机选取我院收治的屈光参差性弱视患者60例作为研究对象,根据其入院序号奇偶数按比例(1︰1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者30例,对照组给予配镜和定量遮盖,根据患者实际情况确定遮盖时间,并作出合理调节,观察组在此基础上行视觉功能训练,以镜片排序训练、Brock线训练和双面镜训练为主,同时配合使用偏振立体图,观察对比两组患者双眼视功能及调节功能。结果:治疗4周后,观察组双眼融合功能比率、立体视≤100"比率均高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗4周后,观察组患者调节幅度(AMP)和负相对调节(NRA)均大于对照组,正相对调节(PRA)小于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对屈光参差性弱视患者,给予视觉功能训练效果显著,可有效改善患者双眼视功能,并增强其调节功能,进而纠正患者弱视情况,达到良好的治疗效果,推荐临床广泛推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of visual function training on binocular visual function and adjusting function in patients with anisometropic amblyopia. Methods： From June 2016 to October 2017, 60 patients with anisometropic amblyopia in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects. The control group and the observation group were divided according to the odd and even number of admissions （1：1）, with 30 patients in each group, the control group was given glasses and quantitative coverage, the cover time was determined according to the actual situation of patients, and reasonable adjustments were made, on the above basis, the observation group received visual function training, which mainly included lens sorting training, Brock line training and two-sided mirror training, which was associated with polarized stereograms, observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with binocular vision function and regulation were made. Results： After 4 weeks of treatment, the ratio of binocular fusion function and stereo vision ≤100＂ were higher in the observation group than those in the control group, P〈0.05; after 4 weeks of treatment, the adjustment amplitude （AMP） and relative relief （NRA） of the observation group were increased. All of them were greater than the control group, and the positive relative adjustment （PRA） was smaller than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： For patients with anisometropic amblyopia, the visual function training effect was significant, which could effectively improve the binocular vision function of patients, and enhance its regulatory function, thereby correcting patients with amblyopia and achieved a good therapeutic effect. It was recommended to be widely promoted in the clinical practice.
