摘要
目的:研究在医务人员中开展巴林特小组对精神科医护人员职业倦怠和职业压力的影响作用。方法:本院此次研究纳入的对象是2015年12月—2017年12月期间就职于本院的60名对巴林特小组活动感兴趣且实施巴林特小组干预的医务人员作为试验组,并且选取2015年12月—2017年12月期间就职于本院的60名实施常规干预的精神科医护人员作为参照组,分析比较参照组与试验组对巴林特小组活动感兴趣的医务人员活动实践前、实践后3个月、实践后6个月满意度、职业倦怠情况。结果:数据显示,试验组对巴林特小组活动感兴趣的医务人员实践后3个月、实践后6个月满意度、职业倦怠情况对比参照组,P<0.05,统计学有检验分析意义。结论:将巴林特小组应用在改善精神科医护人员职业压力与职业倦怠中具有显著效果,值得应用。
Objective: To study the effects of the Barrett team on job burnout and stress in psychiatric care workers. Methods: The study included 60 medical staff from December 2015 to December 2017 who were interested in Barrett group activities and implemented Barrett group interventions, who were regarded as the experimental group. From December 2015 to December 2017, 60 psychiatrists who were in our hospital for routine intervention were selected as the reference group, and the comparison was made on the satisfaction rate and job burnout between the reference group and the experimental group before the practice, 3 months after practice, 6 months after practice. Results: The data showed that the satisfaction and job burnout of the medical staff in the experimental group who were interested in the activities of Barrett group was statistically different with that of the reference group 3 months after practice and 6 months after practice, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of Barrett group in improving occupational stress and burnout in mental health care workers had remarkable effect, which was worthy of application.
