新城镇绿色养老住宅合作居住模式调查与适宜技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对城市快速发展导致的资源紧缺与环境持续恶化的问题,重点关注老龄化的社会问题,研究京津冀地区新城镇建设的可持续发展模式与资源有效利用的绿色养老建筑设计方法。通过分析我国新城镇发展特征、时空延展规律以及老年人心理、生理的特殊性需求规律,提出适应我国新城镇建设的城乡互助养老的合作居住(Senior Cohousing)模式。进而通过对京津冀地区老年人的生活习惯、使用模式、健康与舒适等多指标因素的研究,以可再生能源与现有资源的有效利用为核心,探究适应我国国情的新城镇绿色养老住宅的整合设计方法与适宜技术。研究成果旨在提升人居环境生活品质、优化老年社会的资源条件、提高新城镇建设资源能源利用效率方面,提出设计方法与模式创新,为我国新城镇建设的可持续发展以及绿色养老建筑的设计方法提供理论依据及适宜的绿色建筑节能技术。 In view of the shortage of resources and the continual deterioration of environment caused by the rapid development of cities, we focus on the social problems of aging, discuss the sustainable development model of new towns construction in Beijing Tianjin Hebei area and the green building design method for effective utilization of resources. By analyzing the characteristics of the development of new towns in China, the space time law and the psychology and physiology in the elderly special requirements, we propose cooperative housing endowment mode called Senior Cohousing of new towns construction in China urban and rural mutual. Through the research on the elderly in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region living habits, use patterns, health and comfort and other factors, taking effective use of renewable energy and natural resources as the core, we explore the integrated design method and appropriate technology of green endowment housing in new towns adapting to our national conditions. The research results are aimed at improving the quality of living environment, optimizing the resource conditions of the old society, improving the efficiency of energy utilization of new towns and cities, proposing the design method and model innovation, providing theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the new town construction and the design method of green endowment building.
