回归人情的社区型校园设计——以杭州奥体单元小学与幼儿园设计为例 被引量:3

摘要 学校与社区的关系密不可分。在当今追名逐利、人情缺失的社会风气下,现代校园呼唤回归人情的社区环境,社区寻求与学区房价对等的资源福利。顺应当今开放社区的热度,回归人情的社区型校园将是未来校园发展的新思路。通过合理的共享功能布局和安全便捷的公共交通组织可实现学校与社区间的渗透,使社区成为学校的延伸,使学校成为社区的资源。辅以多层次交往空间的营造,社区型校园将承载整个社会人情化培养的希冀。该文研究与反思杭州奥体中心小学与幼儿园项目的初步设计实践过程,提取与归纳设计方案中社区型校园设计的出发点与设计特征,探索未来社区型人情化校园设计的实践方法与意义。 The relationship between schools and the communities is inseparable. In the profit driven and impersonal society, the modern campuses call for a return to the humanized community environments, and the communities seek the community welfare equivalent to the school district housing price. In response to the open community discussion, humanized community school campus will be a new idea for future campus development. Through reasonable sharing function layout with safe and convenient public transportation organization, the infiltration between the school and the community can be realized. The community will become the extension of the school and the school will become the resource of the community. With the construction of multi level communication spaces, the community campus will carry the whole societies' hope of cultivation of human feelings. Through the discussion of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Primary School preliminary design, we extract the starting points and characteristics of design to explore the practical methods and significance of the future community humanized campus design.
