摘要
目的:观察针药并用治疗高血压病肝热血瘀证临床疗效。方法:将高血压肝热血瘀证患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组根据清肝热活血化瘀治则进行配穴针刺同时配合芩丹汤治疗,对照组单用针刺治疗,治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:2组治疗后病情严重程度较治疗前改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0. 05);2组治疗后收缩压和舒张压较治疗前下降,治疗组下降程度大于对照组(P<0. 05);2组治疗后血液流变学指标较治疗前改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:针刺结合芩丹汤治疗高血压病肝热血瘀证可能通过改善患者血液流变学达到减轻患者症状及降压的目的。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the combination of acupuncture and medicines in treatinghypertension of liver heat and blood stasis pattern. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment groupand the control group, the treatment group accepted acupuncture of the acupoint combinations according totherapeutic principles of clearing liver heat, activating blood and eliminating stasis, and QinDan decoction, thecontrol group used needling only, clinical effects were observed after treating for four weeks. Results: Diseaseseverity degrees of both groups after treating improved compared with before treating, the treatment group was supe-rior to the control group in the improvement degrees(P〈0.05); systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of bothgroups after treating decreased compared with before treating, the treatment group was larger than the control groupin the decrease degrees(P〈0.05); the indexes of blood rheology of both groups after treating improved comparedwith before treating, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement degrees(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with QinDan decoction in treating hypertension of liver-heat and blood stasispattern could relieve the patients' symptoms and lower the pressure by improving the indexes of blood rheology.
