优质化护理流程在脑梗死患者静脉溶栓中的应用

Quality Nursing Process Applied to Intravenous Thrombolysis for the Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨优质化护理流程在脑梗死患者静脉溶栓中的应用价值。方法:将脑梗死后行静脉溶栓治疗患者80例按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各40例,观察组实施优质化护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较干预前后2组患者语言表达能力、逆境商数(AQ)、神经功能及生活能力。结果:干预后观察组患者语言表达能力和AQ优于干预前且优于干预后对照组(P<0. 05);干预后观察组患者神经功能得分低于对照组(P<0. 05),生活能力得分优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:优质化护理流程能有效提高脑梗死静脉溶栓患者语言表达能力及神经功能与生活能力。

Objective： To discuss the application values of quality nursing process to intravenous thrombolysis for the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： Eighty patients who performed intravenous thrombolysis wereseparated into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 40 cases each group,the observation group accepted quality nursing, and the control group routine care, language ability, AQ, nervefunction and living ability of the patients in both groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results：The observation group after the intervention was superior to before the intervention and the control group after theintervention in language ability and AQ（P〈0.05）; the observation group was lower than the control group in thescores of nerve function after the intervention（P〈0.05）, better than the control group in the scores of living ability（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Quality nursing process could effectively improve language ability, nerve function and livingability of the patients with cerebral infarction who accepted intravenous thrombolysis.
