摘要
针对大管径长距离供热管线工程中越来越多的采用钢结构支架结构形式,以某供热工程为例,阐述了钢结构支架的类型、钢结构支架设计的基本原则,并从结构可靠度、结构构件受力计算和验算、焊缝连接计算等方面分析了钢结构支架的设计要点,对钢结构支架的设计有一定的参考意义。
For the large-diameter long-distance heating pipeline projects,more and more steel structures are used as support structures. This paper takes a heating project as an example to expound the type of steel structure bracket and the basic principles of the design of steel structure bracket,and analyzes the steel structure bracket from the aspects of structural reliability,force calculation and verification of structural components,weld connection calculation,etc.. The design points have certain reference significance for the design of the steel frame.
