电气石粉改性沥青的高低温性能研究

摘要 为了探究电气石粉对沥青高低温性能的影响,通过高速剪切共混法获得一系列不同电气石粉掺量的改性沥青,并对其分别进行动态剪切流变试验、低温当量脆点试验及温度敏感性试验。试验结果表明,电气石粉能够吸附沥基质沥青中的油分,形成一种稳定的结构体系,因而沥青的高温性能及感温性能得到显著的改善,但因其在低温时会产生应力集中现象,因此对沥青在低温条件下的延展性及脆性有着不利影响。 In order to investigate the influence of tourmaline powders on high and low temperature performance of asphalt,a series of modified asphalt with different contents of tourmaline powders were obtained by a high speed shear blending,and the dynamic shear rheological test,lowtemperature equivalent brittle point test and temperature sensitivity test were carried out on them,respectively. According to the results,the tourmaline powders can absorb the oil content in asphalt and form a stable structure system,which sigificantly improves the high temperature performance and temperature sensitivity of modified asphalt. However,due to the stress concentration at low temperature,the ductility and brittleness of asphalt at low temperature are adversely affected.
