Problems analysis and countermeasures exploration of railway finance management

针对目前我国铁路企业财务管理中存在的普遍性问题,从加强完善我国铁路企业内部管理制度到强化铁路项目管理、从预算管理到建立有效的激励机制等方面进行了客观分析,对目前铁路企业在铁路财务管理工作中的问题从其根本上进行深度剖析,并在此基础上探讨解决这些问题的相应对策,目的在于提高我国铁路企业财务管理的效率水平,不断提升其核心竞争力与凝聚力,从而使得我国铁路企业得到健康稳步的发展。

In light of common problems existing domestic Chinese railway enterprise finance management,the paper makes an objective analysis from various aspects,such as from strengthening domestic railway enterprise interior management system to intensifying railway project management,from budget management to establishing effective incentive mechanism and so on. It also analyzes basic railway finance management problems of the railway enterprises at present,and explores corresponding countermeasures,with a view to improve domestic railway enterprise finance management efficiency and level,to continuously improve its core competitiveness and cohesive force,and to promote healthy and stable development of domestic railway enterprises as well.
