摘要
在国家倡导鼓励PPP模式发展的时代背景下,分析了山西本省PPP咨询机构发展现状,论述了传统咨询机构该如何顺应时代的需求进行转型,并针对目前存在的问题给出改进办法。
Under the background of state advocating and encouraging the development of PPP model, this paper analyzed the development status of PPP consulting organization in Shanxi, discussed the traditional consulting organization how to transform to adapt the times needs, and gave theimprovement method for present existing problems.
