从土建工程与使用者的角度出发,对土建工程施工现场施工管理的重要性进行深入分析,基于此总结得出施工现场管理存在施工人员素质不高、施工操作缺乏规范、施工现场安全管理等问题。为优化土建施工现场管理策略,指出需要完善施工管理制度、加强施工现场管理、健全完善施工管理体系。

From the perspective of civil engineering and users,the importance of the construction management of civil engineering construction site is analyzed in depth. Based on this summary,it is concluded that the construction site management has low quality of construction workers,lack of standardized construction operations and safety at the construction site. In order to optimize the management of civil construction site management,it was pointed out that it is necessary to improve the construction management system,strengthen the construction site management and improve the construction management system.
