孕妇孕中期全成形毛衫工艺设计

Design of whole garments for pregnant women in middle pregnancy

在分析孕妇孕中期体型特征基础上,提出了具有良好舒适性和安全性的孕中期羊毛衫款式和规格尺寸设计方法,研究了收放针工艺、多织工艺、C形编织工艺在孕中期毛衫中的具体运用。指出:孕妇孕中期毛衫必须符合孕妇体型变化,利用收放针工艺可以满足胸腰臀围尺寸的变化,多织工艺可以解决孕妇毛衫前后长度平衡问题,C形编织工艺可以实现调节腹围的抽绳设计。文章为四针床全成形孕妇装提出新的设计思路和工艺实现,丰富了全成形毛衫品种。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of pregnant women during the second trimester,the design method and dimension design method of mid trimester cardigan with comfort and safety were proposed. The applications of the retractable needle technology,multi weaving process and C shape knitting technology in the mid trimester sweater were studied. It was indicated that the changes in the size of thoracolumbar hip can be knitted by use of retractable needle technology; the problem of the length balance between the front and back of the pregnant women sweater can be solved by use of multi weave technology; the design of the pumping rope adjusting abdominal circumference was realized by use of C shaped knitting technology. This paper puts forward new ideas and process realization for pregnant women＇s whole garment.
