摘要
论文从内隐学习的定义、特征和逻辑脉络入手,运用比较分析法和归纳法构建缄默知识关系记忆模型,阐释其相关概念和知识生成各个环节的内在机理,为图书馆公共知识空间功能、知识社群信息平台服务和真人图书馆等应用实践提供重要指导和理论支持。
Starting from the definition, characteristics and logic of implicit learning, this paper constructs the memory model of tacit knowledge and its relationship using comparative analysis method and inductive method, and explains the related concepts and the internal mechanism of each link in knowledge generation, so as to provide important guidance and theoretical support for the practical application of library's public knowledge space function, knowledge community information service-platform, living library, etc.
