推拉理论视角下高校图书馆员服务创新能力建设研究

Research on the Construction of University Librarians' Service Innovation Ability From the Perspective of Push-pull Theory

高校图书馆转型变革的核心是服务模式的转变,没有与图书馆转型相适应的馆员队伍,任何变革都将成为空谈。论文在梳理国内外研究现状的基础上,阐述了馆员服务创新能力的重要性与现状,借鉴研究人口迁移的推拉理论,深入分析影响馆员服务创新能力提升的因素。从"推力""拉力"和"支持力"三个维度探讨了提升高校图书馆员服务创新能力的动力机制。

The core of the university library＇s transformation is the change of service mode. If there is not a librarian team which is compatible with the transformation of library, any change will be nonsense. On the basis of combing the current situation of domestic and foreign research, this paper expounds the importance and current situation of librarian service innovation ability, draws lessons from the theory of population transfer, and analyzes the factors that affect the service innovation ability of librarians. The dynamic mechanism of improving the service innovation ability of university librarians is discussed from the three dimensions of thrust, pull and support.
