跟骨锁定钢板内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效

Treatment effect of comminuted patella fractures with internal fixation of locking plate of the calcaneus

目的探讨跟骨锁定钢板内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法采用跟骨锁定钢板内固定治疗16例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间10～14个月。骨折愈合时间11～15(13±1)周。末次随访膝关节功能根据Bostman髌骨骨折评分标准评价疗效:优12例,良4例。结论跟骨锁定钢板治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折基本符合生物力学要求,是可靠的内固定方式之一。

Objective To investigate the effect of the locking plate of the calcaneus on the internal fixation of comminuted patellar fracture. Methods The locking plate of the calcaneus was used to treat 16 cases of the patellar comminuted fractures. Results All patients were followed up for 10～14 months.The fracture healing time was 11～15 （13±1） weeks.At the last follow-up, the knee joint function was evaluated according to the Bostman patellar fracture score standard： excellent in 12 cases and good in 4 cases. Conclusions Locking plate of the calcaneus for treatment of comminuted patella fractures meets biomechanical requirements and is one of the reliable internal fixation methods.
