A Comparative Study on the Training Programs for International Pre-primary Education Masters

摘要 选取国际四所代表性高校:多伦多大学、伦敦大学、哥伦比亚大学、北京师范大学作为比较研究对象,重点分析其学前教育硕士研究生培养方案中的培养目标、课程设置和考核方式三方面的内容。研究发现,各高校对学前教育人才培养定位各有偏重,课程模块和类型、课程内容设置等方面各具特色,考核方式多元化。基于比较研究结果,建议我国学前教育学硕士研究生培养方案中培养目标应更加多元化和具体化,课程内容应进一步丰富优化,考核方式应注重过程性评价。 Four representative universities in the world were selected: University of Toronto, University of London, Columbia University, and Beijing Normal University as comparative research subjects, focusing on the training objectives, curriculum and assessment methods in the pre-primary education program. The study found that colleges and universities have different emphasis on the preschool education talents training orientation, curriculum modules and types, curriculum content settings,etc., and the assessment methods are diversified. Based on the results of comparative research, it is suggested that the training objectives of the pre-primary education master's program in China should be more diversified and specific. The content of the course should be further enriched and optimized, and the assessment method should focus on process evaluation.
