摘要
高职高专院校学前教育专业作为培养幼儿园教师的重要场所,其所培养出的人才是我国幼儿教师师资队伍的主体,其人才培养质量不仅直接影响我国幼儿教师的整体素质,而且还直接影响我国幼儿教育事业的发展。然而,在教师资格证国考背景下,高职高专学前教育专业在培养人才方面面临着巨大的挑战和威胁。基于此,本文在概述教师资格证国考新变化的基础上,分析了高职高专学前教育专业人才培养所面临的挑战,并注重从课程设置、课程内容以及课程评价提出了几点思路,以期高职高专学前教育专业人才培养方案建设提供借鉴和指导。
Early Childhood Education(ECE)in higher vocational college plays an important part for training kindergarten teacher. The graduates are the main part of the preschool teachers in our country. The quality of talent training is not only directly affected the overall quality of preschool teachers in our country, but also the development of the preschool education in China.However, under the background of Teachers Qualification Certificate Examination, ECE in higher vocational college is faced with great challenges in talents training. This article based on changes in the Examination, analyze the changes and emphasize the curriculum, course content and curriculum evaluation, look forward to contributing several ideas on ECE talents training scheme for reference.
