摘要 微格教研用录像的方法记录教师在教室里与学生教学活动的过程;用还原的方法分解问题,多层次解释、归类和整合。教师借助这种先进手段观察他人和自己的课堂,同时反思自己的教育理念和教学行为,能有效提升自己的教育教学能力。教师的肢体语言是优化课堂教学、激发学生学习兴趣、提高课堂效果的有效途径之一。肢体语言在课堂教学中非常重要,而微格教研在当中起到了非常微妙的重要作用。 Microteaching and research methods are used to record teachers' teaching activities in classroom. It decomposes one big problem into small problems by the means of restoring. And in this way, we can get multiple levels of interpretation,classification and integration. Micro teaching and research urge teachers to observe others and their own classroom with advanced means, and then rethink their educational ideas and teaching behaviors. So, they can improve their educational and teaching abilities by self-enlightenment.The teacher's body language is one of the effective ways to optimize classroom teaching,stimulate students' interest in learning, and improve classroom effectiveness. Body language is very important in classroom teaching, and microteaching has played a very important role in it.
