A New Way for the Professional Development of Middle School Teachers from the Perspective of "Internet + Education"

摘要 随着社会的发展,"互联网+教育"逐渐成为一种社会潮流,并为中国的教育发展提供了新理念、新环境和新思路。在这背景之下,中学课堂教学模式、教学内容、教学手段也正在悄然变革,而中学教师正是这场变革中的主力军。通过解读相关理念,分析在此时代下中学教师专业发展面临的困境,尝试从突破传统教学理念、创新课堂教学模式、培养析滤信息能力、拓宽专业发展渠道四方面探究了促进中学教师专业发展的策略与途径,以期在"互联网+教育"新时代背景下,探索促进中学教师专业发展新路向。 With the development of society, "Internet + education" has gradually become a social trend, and has provided new ideas, new environments and new ideas for the development of education in China. In this context, the middle school classroom teaching model, teaching content, and teaching methods are also quietly changing, and secondary school teachers are the main force in this revolution. Through interpreting relevant concepts, this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by middle school teachers in this era, and attempts to promote the professional development of middle school teachers from four aspects: breaking through traditional teaching concepts, innovating classroom teaching modes, cultivating and filtering information capabilities,and broadening professional development channels. Strategies and approaches, in the context of the new era of "Internet + education", explore new ways to promote the professional development of middle school teachers.
