摘要
本文从财会类学生的综合职业能力视域角度出发,分析财会类学生的综合职业能力体系。针对能力体系,构建"小组合作、对抗和技能训练"课堂教学策略,结合此策略与综合职业能力培养的协同运行机理,并开展实证分析提出相关对策建议。
This paper analyzes the comprehensive vocational ability system of accounting students from the perspective of the comprehensive professional ability of accounting students. According to the ability system, the classroom teaching strategy of "group cooperation, confrontation and skill training" is constructed, and the cooperative operation mechanism of this strategy and comprehensive vocational ability training is combined, and empirical analysis is proposed to propose relevant countermeasures.
