园长是幼儿园的管理者,是众多利益和矛盾的汇聚中心,幼儿园管理行为和效果很大程度上取决于园长个人的素质。随着《幼儿园园长专业标准》的颁布,转变了传统园长担任行政领导的角色,园长在幼儿园管理过程中将面对领导者角色、管理者角色、教育者角色的挑战:个人领导力、沟通交流能力的挑战;综合管理和领导知识技能的挑战;课程管理能力的挑战。
