南宁市楼盘命名中的数元素分析

Analysis of the Number of Elements in the Naming of Real Estate in Nanning

本文先从南宁市楼盘命名的常规元素引出近年来新出现的英文元素和数元素,然后统计并分析了南宁市楼盘名称中的数元素。楼盘命名中使用数元素跟标新立异、易识易记、指向定位、文化典故等多种原因有关,同时数元素在楼盘命名中的任用和滥用也带来了一些问题。笔者认为南宁市楼盘命名中数元素的运用也应名实相符,规范监管。

This article first draws out the new English elements and several elements which appeared in recent years from the conventional elements of the naming of Nanning＇s real estate, and then statistics and analyses the number of elements in the name of the real estate in Nanning. The use of several elements in real estate naming is related to a variety of reasons, such as innovation, easy to remember, orientation, cultural allusions and other reasons. At the same time, the appointment and abuse of several elements in the naming of real estate also bring some problems. The author thinks that the application of the middle number elements in Nanning real estate should conform to the name and regulate the regulation.
