『海に生きる海人の民族学』一书是《海洋文化译丛》七本书中的一本。这本书是日本知名的人类学家和海洋民族学家秋道智彌(あきみちともや、1946年-)所著。秋道教授现在是综合地球环境学研究所的名誉教授,国立民族学博物馆的名誉教授和综合研究大学院大学的名誉教授。他的专业领域是生态人类学,海洋民族学和民族生物学。秋道教授在『海に生きる海人の民族学』这本书中,介绍了自己在世界海域范围内开展海洋民族学研究成果。这是他的一本集海洋民族学之大成的著作。作为这本书的中文译者,从共存共生的"海人"、新的海洋观和海洋教育这三点来介绍本书的主要论点。

The book ＂海に生きる 海人の民族学＂ is one of the seven books of ＂The Translation of Marine Culture＂. This book is written by a famous anthropologist and marine ethnologist in Japan, Qiu Dao Zhi Mi（あきみち ともや, 1946-）. Professor Qiu Dao is now an honorary professor at the Institute of Integrated Earth Environment, an honorary professor at the National Museum of Ethnology, and an honorary professor at the University of Integrated Studies. His areas of expertise are ecological anthropology, marine ethnology and ethnic biology. Professor Qiu Dao introduced the research results of marine ethnology in the world waters in the book ＂海に生きる 海人の民族学＂. This is his book on the great achievements of marine ethnology. As the Chinese translator of this book, the author will introduce the main arguments of this book from the three points of coexistence of ＂sea people＂, new ocean view and ocean education.
