摘要
本文围绕医保问题本质上是法治问题这一中心论点展开讨论,强调了法治对于医保制度改革发展的重要意义,并就当前医保面临的最大困境是法治困境的问题进行了深入探讨,进而提出推进医保法治建设需要解决的几个观念问题.
This paper discusses the essence of medical insurance, emphasizing the importance of the rule of law for the reform and development of the medical insurance system. And it deeply discussed the current legal dilemma of medical insurance. It puts forward several concepts that need to be resolved in promoting the legal construction of medical insurance.
