The article explored increasingly complicated labor problems among labor relations in the New Era on basis of discussing the outlook of labor of Marx's capital.It makes some suggestions,including respecting the labor to promote socialist fair and healthy labor;managing the labor relations in harmony to strengthen relations of labor organization of the new form industry;Promoting the connection between labor protection and network platform to push forward intellectualization of labor rights protection.
