摘要 本研究是在气流冲击造型含模样砂型型砂紧实时所得的紧实度分布特点之基础上,用有色分格填砂方法显示了模样顶部砂块的变形和流动,提出了有利于砂型匀实的条件。并认为,在砂胎深凹比大时,会因模样顶向深凹区滑移砂流与垂直下行砂流的交会,而产生漏斗堵塞。文中还探讨了滑性或堵性模样的概念,对模样滑堵性的影响因素。 While having researched the moulding sand compaction in the sand mould comprising the pattern in air impact monlding and having ga- ined the feature of compactibility distribution as the basis,the paper shows the deformation and flow of the sand block at the top of the pattern by the method of coloured cellular sand-filling,and presents the conditions to be of advantage for even compact of the sand mould.Besides,the paper considers that when the deep-concave ratio of the cod being big,it will bring about the hopper blockage,as the intersection presented by the slide sand flow from the top of the pattern to the deep concave part and the vertically down-ward sand flow.The paper also discusses the conception concerning the sliding or stopping patterns as well as the factors affecting the nature of sliding and stopping of the patterns.
