摘要
《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》提出到2020年,我国缺乏大量的高级应用型人才,因此我国的工程教育问题依然面临了一些前所未有的挑战。培养一批高级应用型人才已然成为各大高校的当务之急。但是现如今由于高校传统工程人才的培养缺乏企业的积极参与,导致许多高校所培养出来的毕业生缺乏企业的认可。因此提出了校企联合培养方式对高级工程人才进行培养,致力于培养出来的学生及符合企业的要求,而且在毕业之后能够找到满意的工作,用时又能达到学以致用,学校方面所培养的人才能够在社会上为用人单位所接收。从而实现三赢。
The National Medium- and Long-Term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020) proposes that by 2020, China lacks a large number of high-level applied talents, so China's engineering education problems still face some unprecedented challenges. Training a group of high-level applied talents has become a top priority for major universities. However, due to the lack of active participation of enterprises in the cultivation of traditional engineering talents in colleges and universities, the graduates trained by many universities lack the recognition of enterprises. Therefore, it is proposed that the school-enterprise joint training method trains senior engineering talents, is committed to cultivating students and meets the requirements of the enterprise, and can find satisfactory work after graduation, and can achieve the application ofleaming and use in school. Talent can be received by the employer in society, thereby achieving a win-win situation.
