翻转课堂在中高职有效对接护理人才培养教学模式中的应用研究

中高职有效衔接是打造现代职业教育体系的主要内容之一,也是推进中高职教育健康持续发展的重要举措。传统护理教学模式已不能适应当代护理人才培养的需求。翻转课堂在教学模式的改革应用中已得到了广泛的应用。本文从中高职护理人才培养现状和存在问题着手,以实现中高职护理教育的培养目标为宗旨,就现行中高职护理专业中翻转课堂教学模式的应用进行了分析探讨。

The effective cohesion of secondary and higher vocational colleges is one of the main contents of building a modem vocational education system .and it is also an important measure to promote the healthy and sustainable development of education system. Traditional nursing teaching mode can not to adapt the needs of contemporary nursing talents training. In the reform and application of teaching mode, It has been widely used. In order to realize the goal of training secondary and higher vocational nursing education for the purpose, this paper starts from the current situation and problems of nursing talents training ,And analyzes the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in secondary and higher vocational schools nursing major.
