基于自主性教学模式的士官院校武器装备构造课教学优化

Teaching Optimization of Weapon and Equipment Construction Course in Non-commissioned Colleges Based on Autonomous Teaching Mode

摘要 从士官任职教育需求出发,分析了当前武器装备构造教学中存在的弊端。运用自主性教学模式对武器装备构造课堂教学模式进行了优化设计,并通过实际教学活动检验了优化效果。为完善士官教育培养模式,推进教学理念、内容和组织形式的创新提供了有益参考。 Starting from the needs of non-commissioned officers, this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the current teaching of weapons and equipment. The autonomous teaching mode was used to optimize the classroom teaching mode of weapon and equipment construction, and the optimization effect was tested through the actual teaching activities. It provides a useful reference for improving the training model of non-commissioned officers and promoting the innovation of teaching concepts, contents and organizational forms.
