摘要
《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出:评价主体应多元化,"评价过程是各方共同参与、相互支持与合作的过程。"与幼儿园利益相关的主体均可以作为评价主体。评价主体多元化,可以帮助我们更加客观、全面、多视角地审视幼儿园的各方面工作,诊断质量现状,查找问题,提出改进措施,很好地促进幼儿园办园质量的整体提升。因为每个主体的关注点和价值观不同,所以评价的内容、标准和评价方法也相应多元化。
The "Guidelines for the Guidance of Kindergarten Education (Trial)" pointed out that the evaluation subject should be diversified, "The evaluation process is the process of mutual participation, mutual support and cooperation." Subjects related to the interests of kindergartens can be used as evaluation subjects. Evaluating the diversity of subjects can help us to examine all aspects of kindergarten work in an objective, comprehensive and multi-perspective manner, diagnose the status quo of quality, find problems, propose improvement measures, and promote the overall improvement of the quality of kindergartens. Because each subject's focus and values are different, the content, criteria, and evaluation methods of the evaluation are also diversified.
