摘要
随着高校学生事务管理引入程序正当的价值理念与方式方法,程序育人逐渐成为学生事务管理的题中之义。高校学生事务管理程序育人,需要明晰"程序育人"理念,推进学生事务管理的法治化进程;完善"程序育人"制度,逐步推进学生事务管理行为的规范化水平;优化"程序育人"队伍,不断提升高校学生事务管理者专业化素养。
With the introduction of the proper value concept and method of the student affairs management in colleges and universities, the program education has gradually become the meaning of the student affairs management. In order to educate students in the university student affairs management program, it is necessary to clarify the concept of ＂procedural education＂, promote the rule of law in student affairs management; improve the ＂procedural education＂ system, gradually promote the standardization of student affairs management behavior; optimize ＂procedural education＂ team, constantly improves the professionalism of college student affairs managers.
