随着高等教育的普及化,高职院校作为高等教育的最后一个批次,高职院校教育教学随着学情变化而发生巨大的变化,素质拓展作为培养合作意识与进取精神为宗旨,对00后大学生是必要的,本文就对高职院校大学生素质拓展的现状和对策进行剖析,为高职院校开展素质拓展起到抛砖引玉的作用。

With the popularization of higher education, higher vocational colleges, as the last batch of higher education, education and teaching in higher vocational colleges have undergone tremendous changes with the changes in learning conditions. As the purpose of cultivating the sense of cooperation and enterprising spirit, quality development is necessary for the Post-00 College students. This paper aims to expand the quality of Higher Vocational College students. The current situation and countermeasures are analyzed to play a role in promoting quality development in higher vocational colleges.
