依法治校成为了高校教育管理建设的重要方向,是学生管理法制化进程的重要基础。本文分析依法治校下加快推进学生管理法制化的重要性和学生管理法制化进程须解决的主要问题,在养成法治习性,培育法治文化,据新的时代需求健全和完善制度体系,实现法治与德治的结合并兼顾与"人治"的统筹协调等方面,论述加快学生管理法制化进程的策略。

Governing the school according to law has become an important direction for the construction of education management in colleges and universities, and is an important basis for the process of student management legalization. This paper analyzes the importance of accelerating the legalization of student management under the rule of law and the main problems that must be solved in the process of student management legalization.
