高校博物馆教育功能探讨——以西安科技大学地质博物馆为例

The Educational Function of University Museum——A Case Study of the Geological Museum of Xi'an University of Science and Technology

高校博物馆依托高校特色专业建设,具有专业性、教学性、科研性等建馆特色,在教育体系中发挥了重要的作用。以西安科技大学地质博物馆为例,讨论了高校博物馆教育功能的具体实现。高校博物馆以专业特色教育与科研为基础,开展国内外交流合作,面向社会开放,充分实现科学普及教育和素质教育,使参观者在学习科学知识的同时,启迪心灵,体会爱国主义情怀,加强思想道德素质修养。

University museum is based on the construction of characteristic specialty in university. It is characterized by professional, educational and scientific. University museum plays an important part in the education system. In this paper, we take the Geological Museum of Xi＇an University of Science and Technology as an example and the implementation of education function is sufficiently discussed. High-quality education, characteristics of specialties and scientific research are the basis of education. Meanwhile, domestic and international communication and cooperation are necessities. University museum opens to society and fully realizes the science popularization education. During the visiting, visitors learn scientific knowledge, promote spirit of patriotism, and enhance moral cultivation.
