摘要 师生关系研究一直是教育工作者关注的一个热点。中职院校传统的师生关系已不能适应当前信息时代的快速发展,也不利于学生的学习和成长,严重制约了之中职院校教育教学的效果。通过问卷调查法和文献法,从师生关系的认识、满意度、教师角色定位以及影响师生关系的主要因素四个方面对自贡市某一中职院校的师生关系进行分析,把握当前中职院校师生关系的现状及其存在的问题,从而为中职院校提供构建良好师生关系的方法。 The study of teacher-student relationship has always been a hot spot for educators. The traditional teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational colleges can no longer adapt to the rapid development of the current information age, and is not conducive to the study and growth of students, which seriously restricts the effect of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools. Through questionnaire survey and literature method, this paper analyzes the teacher-student relationship of a vocational college in Zigong City from four aspects: the understanding of teacher-student relationship, satisfaction, teacher role orientation and the main factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students. The status quo and problems of the teacher-student relationship in secondary vocational colleges provide a method for constructing a good teacher-student rela- tionship for secondary vocational colleges.
