摘要
立足于实践视角培养卓越教师,是我国当前师范教育课程改革和发展的总方向。陇南师专小学教育专业基于"实践取向"的卓越小学教师培养体现在六个方面:确立人才培养目标;建立政府、大学、小学协同培养新机制;整合优化师资队伍;探索全程实践课程体系;变革教学模式方法;改革考核评价标准。
The cultivation of excellent teachers based on practice orientation is the general trend in the curriculum reform and development of teacher education. Six aspects are discussed about the practice-oriented exellent teachers training mode in Longnan Teachers College: establishing the goal of talent training; establishing a new mechanism of "Trinity" cooperative training; integrating and optimizing the teachers' team; exploring the whole practice course system; changing the method of teaching mode; reforming evaluating criteria.
