关于新形势下大学生国家安全意识教育的思考

The Reflection on Educating College Students' National Security Awareness in the New Circumstances

改革开放以来,我国国际竞争力、综合国力和国际地位空前加强,但是我国国家安全形势依然严峻。开放自由的互联网成为境外间谍情报机关渗透的新渠道,日趋增多的留学交换生成为境外间谍情报机关渗透的新对象,大学生国家安全意识教育显得必要且紧迫。目前,大学生国家安全教育工作存在着高校国家安全教育供给与需求不平衡、案例碎片化与理论研究不同步等问题,让大学生国家安全意识教育困境重重。政府应多维度加强国家安全宣传,高校要多层面开展国家安全教育,学生要多形式加强国家安全学习,以形成国家、高校和学生三者共同作用的国家安全意识教育体系。

Since the reform and opening-up, China’s international competitiveness and position as well as its national strength have risen to an unprecedented height. However, our nation’s security situation still remains grave. With the open and free Internet becoming a new channel for foreign spy and intelligence agencies to penetrate China and an increasing number of exchange students becoming their new targets to execute such penetration, the education of college students’ awareness of national security emerges urgent and imperative. At present, such undertakings are faced with many challenges including the imbalance of demand and supply, the fragmentation of cases, and the desynchrony of theoretical research, which pose a lot of difficulties in this field. This phenomenon requires the government to enhance the publicity of national security from multi-dimensions, higher schools to undertake multi-layered national security education, and students to participate in various forms in the hope of establishing a system of national security awareness education with the interplay of the nation, higher schools and college students.
