电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定废液晶屏中微量金属的研究

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定废液晶屏中的金属含量。通过优化仪器工作条件,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对废液晶屏的浸出液进行半定量分析,同时与全定量分析结果进行对比。结果表明:除Fe外,半定量与全定量测试的相对偏差为1.27%~18.95%,加标回收率为80.62%~118.52%,满足测试的要求,测定结果具有较高的参考价值。 The metal content in the waste liquid crystal display was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Semi-quantitatively analysis of trace metals in the the waste liquid crystal display leaching solution was carried out by optimizing the instrument working conditions, and the results were compared with full quantitative analysis. The results indicate that the relative deviations of semi-quantitative and full-quantitative tests were 1.27 %~18.95 % except for Fe; the recoveries of standard addition were 80.62 %~118.52 %, which meet the requirements of the test, and the determination results have high reference value.
