摘要
随着城市化发展,很多城市内河涌流域内硬化地面大量增加,河涌雨季外的基流基本消失,仅承担着城市雨洪水的快排通道和城市的纳污功能,导致河道内水动力不足,溶解氧偏低,水体生态系统受损,极易发黑发臭。本文以工程实例说明采用外部引水方式解决无补给水源的城市内河涌生态系统受损水体无水可补,河床裸露,生境被破坏等问题。结合当地自然条件,本着就近原则、从建设投资、运行管理成本等因素进行综合考虑,选取最优的补水方案,满足内河涌生态基流的同时,达到提升内河涌水质、恢复内河涌生态的目的。
The inland river basic runoff in non-rainy season has basically disappeared by urbanization development and increaseof hard bottoming. In this case, inland rivers only function as rapid drainage channel for urban rain and flood, also contaminant containment.,which lead to insufficient hydrodynamics , low dissolved oxygen, damage to the water ecosystem, eventually black and odorous water. In this paper, the engineering example shows that the external water diversion method can be used to solve the problem that the damaged water in the inland river ecosystem,bare riverbed , and ecological destruction.The optimal solution of water supplemental base on local natural conditions,the principle of proximity,constructing investment and operating management cost, that would provide sufficient ecological runoff,improve the water quality of rivers and restore the river ecology.
