摘要
选用EDTA-二钠和1,10-二氮菲作为复合络合剂配入高温锰系磷化液中,通过实验确定最佳配比为:马日夫盐25.3 g/L、磷酸(85%)7.5 g/L、硝酸锰14.2 g/L、EDTA-二钠0.2 g/L、1,10-二氮菲0.8 g/L。用此成分的磷化液对石油管箍在90~95℃下做磷化,得到的磷化膜质量好,磷化过程产生的磷渣少,磷化体系持续稳定。
The Compound complex agent including Edta disodium and phenanthroline are used in high temperature manganese phosphating liquid, the appropriatest formula of phosphating liquid is: Mazhev salt 25.3g/L, Phosphoric acid(85 %)7.5 g/L, Manganous nitrate 14.2 g/L, Edta disodium 0.2 g/L, Phenanthroline 0.8 g/L. Quality of the petroleum pipeline is parkerised by the above phosphating liquid on the temperature from 90 ℃ to 95 ℃,the phosphating film on petroleum pipe is excellent, it will produces less phosphated residue, phosphating system is stable and dependable.
