摘要
2013年陇东区块天然气井储层改造采用体积压裂工艺,要求固井采用一次上返技术,水泥浆返至地面。这对固井水泥浆体系提出了新的要求和挑战:水泥浆既要耐高温、形成的水泥石能够在一定时间内产生足够的强度,同时要保证水泥浆返至地面不发生漏失。本文主要介绍了GFL-GHN耐高温降失水缓凝体系在室内试验的过程、性能评价,优选出的水泥浆体系在现场应用情况。
In 2013, volume fracturing technology was adopted in the reconstruction of natural gas well reservoir in Longdong block, requiring cementing to adopt once up and back technique and cement slurry to return to the surface. This puts forward new requirements and challenges for cementing cement slurry system: cement slurry must withstand high temperature, the cement stone can produce enough strength in a certain time, and at the same time, it should be ensured that the cement slurry does not leak back to the surface. This paper mainly introduces the process of laboratory test, performance evaluation and application of selected cement slurry system in laboratory for GFL-GHN system with high temperature resistance and loss of water.
